Pleasant Hill is looking for a Reservation Agent/ Cruise Advisor (m/f/d) with a clear vision for the future. A-ROSA is the pioneer of experience-based city trips along the most beautiful rivers in Europe. Currently, the fleet consists of thirteen premium ships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Telephone support, advice, and assistance with booking inquiries for A-ROSA cruises * Correspondence and sales via telephone, email, and fax, also in English * Data entry in the reservation system * Preparation and compilation of travel documents * Administrative tasks YOUR PROFILE * Completed education in the travel, tourism, or hotel industry * Professional experience in sales and customer service * Fluent in German and English * Strong communication and organizational skills
