An established financial company is looking for a qualified individual for the position of Clerk (m/f/d) in the area of International Payments at our location in Frankfurt.

Your tasks at a glance:


  • Independent monitoring and control of SEPA, TARGET, and international payments
  • Identification and resolution of processing issues
  • Collaboration with other departments to solve problem cases
  • Final processing of SEPA inquiries
  • Independent clarification of customer inquiries and processing of complaints
  • Implementation of paymentspecific instructions
  • Ensuring the correct processing of foreign exchange transactions

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in international payments is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and payment systems
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
