We currently have an opening for an Associate Broker in our Houston, TX office.

The Associate Broker role is responsible for the developing and implementing strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients. This includes supporting the design, marketing and service management of property energy insurance programs in numerous industry sectors.

Work Style:
Hybrid - in office 2-3 days a week.


Postion summary:

This position works directly with Account Service Team throughout the renewal process.

Activities include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Assist in gathering and organizing renewal information/ preparation of Renewal Packets.
  • Work with complex policy placement
  • Draft and prepare manuscript documentation, binders, policies and endorsements.
  • Comply with all Aon service standards.
  • Assist in the policy management process including the tracking, following up and receiving of policies.
  • Opportunity for growth within insurance industry.

Required skills and experience:


  • 23 years' experience with P&C and basic Insurance Knowledge desired.
  • P&C license preferred and/or ability to obtain license in near future.
  • Must be able to multitask and be well organized.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $65,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
