    Are you a seasoned automotive sales leader ready to elevate our Honda dealership in the bustling metroplex of North Richland Hills, TX? As our General Sales Manager, you'll spearhead our sales team, driving customer retention and profitability in both our new and used vehicle profit centers. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team management, and a relentless commitment to exceeding sales targets in one of the major hubs of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for department managers.
    • Collaborate on annual dealership forecasts and set sales objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
    • Provide career development feedback to department personnel.
    • Oversee inventory management and vehicle display standards.
    • Implement procedures for vehicle disposal and maintenance.
    • Review financial reports and analyze market conditions for strategic planning.
    • Lead sales promotions and advertising campaigns.
    • Approve sales incentives and address customer complaints.
    • Organize ongoing sales training and conduct vehicle appraisals.
    • Review and approve deals, coordinate vehicle pre-delivery.
    • Maintain facility appearance and attend manager meetings.
    • Perform assigned tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years in automotive sales management.
    • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
    • Motivational leadership skills.
    • Recruiting and developing sales teams.
    • Understanding of automotive market trends.
    • Knowledge of dealership operations and sales techniques.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
    • Proficiency in financial management and sales analysis.
    • Ability to address challenges and improve sales processes.
    • Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
