Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Master Data Maintenance


YOUR TASKS:

  • Preparation and maintenance of product master data in various systems, including PIM and ProAlpha
  • Regular review of accuracy, consistency, and scope of master data, as well as data and duplicate cleanup
  • Support in various configuration activities and ERP projects
  • Close collaboration with the Technology & Development, Approval, and Quality Management departments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
  • Ideally, practical experience in master data management within an ERP system
  • Good technical understanding
  • Affinity for optimizing data processing processes
  • Structured and precise way of working
  • Teamwork across different departments
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
