We are currently seeking a
Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Inside Sales for our location in Nördlingen.

Job Description:

Your exciting tasks include:

Preparation of offers, order processing, and monitoring
Processing of fuel card applications
Support for our inside and outside sales teams
Maintenance of master data (new and existing customers)
New orders / cancellations / changes to fuel cards
Answering customer calls and coordinating with the relevant team
Receiving and processing customer complaints
App activations and mail processing

Qualifications:

What you bring to the table:

Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field, with previous experience in sales
Knowledge of customer service in the energy industry or fuel card sales is desirable
Enjoyment of sales and communication with customers
Customerfriendly and solutionoriented work style
Good verbal and written communication skills in German
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Team player with a high level of flexibility
