- Assisting the Sales team in delivering an exceptional experience for our eCommerce brands, including US Cargo Control while upholding our customer-first brand promise to get customers what they want when they need it.
- Provide the following support to Sales Representatives:
- Administrative: Handling invoices, cases as assigned, and managing communication with customers.
- Logistics: Tracking shipments, monitoring freight requests, and processing BOL (Bill of Landing) requests.
- Inventory and Customer Management: Tracking inventory, communicating with customers regarding inventory, and handling refund requests.
- Financial: Managing tax exemptions, processing credit applications, and monitoring credit status.
- Takes ownership of driving Clickstop forward through alignment with our core values.
- Customer-centric approach through exceptional customer care and service.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional experiences for our customers by ensuring they receive what they need when they need it in every way.
This is a great role to get your feet wet in the sales world. Customer interaction, growing product awareness and acting with in a consistent process to get the customer what they want when they need it
Hourly compensation of $18-20/hr depending on experience.
What you'll be doing:
This position requires significant time at a desk, in front of a computer and on the phone or Microsoft Teams calls. Proper phone etiquette is required along with an ability to independently learn and utilize new technologies.
