Your responsibilities:


  • Participation in technical, conceptual, approval, and execution planning in the field of building services
  • Creation of concepts, floor plans, diagrams, and detailed plans in 2D/3D for heating, ventilation, plumbing, and climate technology, possibly also electrical engineering
  • Quantity determination using CAD software as a basis for performance specifications
  • Creation and management of plans, models, and technical calculations
  • Coordination with other planning disciplines within the framework of BIM planning
  • Support in planning processes for building services projects and general planning projects for renowned clients from various industries

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed training as a technical draftsman or technical system planner (building services) or have a comparable qualification such as a designer, technician, or master in the field of HVAC
  • You have experience in 2D/3D design of building services systems
  • You are proficient in common IT tools (AutoCAD
