Description

To strengthen our marketing and sales activities, we are currently looking for a
Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Colonial Park, PA.

In close collaboration with the management, product managers, sales, technical support, and marketing, your responsibilities will include:

Being the main point of contact for customer engineering teams during the bidding/ decision-making phase, ensuring successful commissioning (if necessary on-site), and documentation
Supporting sales activities with technical expertise in business development, proposal creation/explanation, and followup
Developing practical solutions based on our product portfolio, potentially defining custom order developments for customers
Identifying and defining new solution approaches and product ideas, as well as improvement possibilities based on customer needs ("Voice of the Customer") and market observation; close collaboration with internal and external product managers
Conducting technical trainings online and onsite

We are looking for:

Enthusiasm for cuttingedge applications in robotics/automation
Completed degree (Bachelor's/Diploma, Master's) in engineering/IT (or equivalent) and experience in sales of innovative, complex technology; ideally with prior knowledge in robotics/automation
Customer orientation and the ability to quickly understand problems and convincingly present solutions
Willingness to travel (initially focusing on Southern Germany, potentially also internationally/intercontinentally in the medium term)
Excellent German and English skills (efficient communication with customers in both languages is required)
