You will support our German Verisk team at the Actineo location in Cologne.

As Actineo, we offer our insurance clients from all sectors innovative and medically sound services for efficient claims processing and settlement of personal injury claims.

Responsibilities

  • You will independently handle the final processing of personal injury claims
  • You will be available as a professional contact and service partner for our clients
  • You will provide customer support via phone and email
  • You will actively contribute to the team and bring in your ideas

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, or you have a completed specialist qualification as an insurance and finance specialist
  • You enjoy thinking outside the box and are interested in new and changing tasks
  • You have some knowledge or experience in claims processing and/or handling personal injury claims
  • You are fluent in German
