    Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health of Medford

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate mental health conditions, devise treatment plans, and maintain documentation
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, collaborating with a team to bridge community gaps
    • Use innovative interventions to support clients in achieving goals
    • Adhere to company protocols for session documentation
    • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 weekly client visits for Full-Time status
    • Coordinate services with relevant parties like case managers, families, and medical personnel
    • Attend clinical meetings and training sessions

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
    • Current clinical licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
    • Experience in creating treatment plans and case notes
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to set appropriate boundaries with clients
    • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
    • Comfort working with diverse client populations
