    Responsibilities Include:

    • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
    • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team
    • Utilize creativity in interventions for client goals
    • Complete documentation in a timely manner
    • Maintain minimum client visits per week
    • Coordinate services with various stakeholders
    • Participate in staff meetings and trainings

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
    • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
    • Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to set boundaries with clients
    • Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems
