- The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with health psychology.
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
- This is a W2 position.

We seek a full-time and part-time licensed clinical therapist for our brand-new Marlborough, Massachusetts, location.
Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required.
