- Ongoing support with weekly case consultation meetings and individual supervision
- Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs
- Deliver customized mental health services to individuals of different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Adhere to regulations and policies by accurately documenting client information
- Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and support
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for individuals who prefer working later in the day
- Collaborate with practice staff and external professionals to enhance client care and outcomes
- Foster clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues
- Ensure timely submission of required paperwork
- Excellent problem-solving skills are required for this position
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- A master's degree in the mental health field is a must-have qualification
- Previous experience in outpatient therapy is preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices is necessary
- Flexibility to work nights or weekends is required
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is important
- Must possess the capability to learn and understand technology with moderate ease

Responsibilities:At Pause Wellness Center Inc., our primary focus is on helping people learn the skills they need to manage the challenges they are facing in their lives related to mental health. We teach clients to be more emotionally savvy, to learn how to communicate effectively, and to manage mental health symptoms using a variety of different strategies. Our practice is growing and we are looking to add other disciplines to our team. Pause Wellness Center Inc. is located right on Rt 20 in Northborough, MA.
