- Daily activities planning for team assignment, such as work order scheduling and planning in coordination with the local Planner position, Maintenance (i.e. Preventitive, Corrective & Proactive) tasks etc.
- Service facilities for buildings (includes external and internal contract verification of completion of agreements)
- Responsible for the technical and operative equipment of the Facility department in accordance with the standards and guidelines of DAA
- KPI reporting for both local plant and regional level, including the use of the required CMMS system sMotive in addition to managing the local budgets for the SI-1 Facility Team and project planning.
- Training based on the technical development plan of the staff according to the DAA standards, equipment owner manuals, and defined plans already implemented in DAA CMMS system.
- Responsible for Headcount, Materials, Tools, and Equipment for the adequate performance of the activities to support Facility Management of the building and property. In addition to verifying KPI reports based on metrics and other indicators applicable for the maintenance / service plans.
- Supervise infrastructure changes for updating according to technical drawings.
- Participate in internal / external customer audits with the information required about the facility systems.
- Supervise handover of the project to the plant. i.e., did the plant receive the correct As-built drawings.
- Supervise the correct performance continuity and emergency management plans.
- Leads the continuous improvement for the FM team.
- Implementation of Critical Equipment listings, Proper PM criteria, Maintenance Standards and Processes working with the Maintenance Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years related experience. Preferred areas of study, Civil Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineer and/or Construction Administartion.
- 3-5 years Technician Supervision and Building Occupancy Safety.
- 3-5 years Maintenance Administration and Contractors Management.
- 1-2 years Industrial Facilities Operation.
