- Assist with the execution of daily tasks.
- Schedule daily activities to meet production planning requirements.
- Assist in general supervision of team members.
- Act in the capacity of backup to direct Supervisor or Manager during off hours or absenteeism.
- Acts as a backup to team due to absenteeism when required.
- Assemble product components to meet production schedules.
- Oversee day-to-day activities.
- Monitor production performance and report on metrics.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Train individuals to perform tasks within department.
- Education and Experience
High school education and 3-5 years related work experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of cGMPs and ISO is desired. - Physical Demands
