Business Change Coordinator (m/f/d) in Sealy, TX

We are looking for you - Starting immediately, full-time for a medium-sized company in the financial services industry in Schweinfurt.


Your responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and processing corporate legal changes (e.g. change of legal form, spinoff, merger, spinout, accession, and renaming) as well as applications for contract transfers
  • Obtaining documents for the review of corporate changes and credit checks (e.g. Creditreform, bank information, SCHUFA, annual financial statements, commercial register extracts, and notary and shareholder agreements) as well as submitting credit and forfaiting inquiries
  • Conducting document and identity checks in accordance with legal requirements
  • Processing contract transfers in the benefit, direct, and dealer business as well as due to legal cases
  • Creating transfer agreements including collateral (e.g. repurchase obligation, joint liability, bank guarantee, etc.)
  • Reviewing and processing contract additions and releases of liability in ongoing contracts
  • Calculating present values of partial contracts and recalculating for contract transfers
  • Reviewing and determining economic beneficiaries and KNE reporting heads as well as risk classification according to GWG
