This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Los Angeles, CA at Muir-Chase Plumbing Co., Inc.

The Role Description includes provide high-level administrative support to Partners and department leaders coordinate meetings travel logistics and company-wide communications support project operations including bid setup and documentation management assist Accounting with timekeeping accounts payable partner with HR on recruiting communications onboarding support employee documentation supports Safety initiatives through meeting distribution compliance materials oversee office organization supply management vendor coordination facility upkeep Qualifications include years of administrative experience preferred highly organized strong attention to detail excellent written verbal communication skills ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism proficient in Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer includes health insurance bonus K retirement plan with Company Match PTO $25 - $35 an hour
