The Culinary Innovation Chef works within the culinary department researching new itemization including product development costing communication training recipe creation developed with Directors of fresh departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support Fresh Department Directors culinary team in all aspects of product development execution.
  • Create well thought out SOPs to ensure success at store level both sales margin minimizing shrink.
