    Position Overview:

    This position is for aSenior Program Controls Analystin either Aurora or Colorado Springs, CO. You will be working closely with a talented team to drive performance throughout the entire program lifecycle while working hand-in-hand with program management. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members atARKA.

    Responsibilities:

    Our ideal candidate is aSenior Program Controls Analystwho possesses strong communication, analytical and collaborative skills and enjoys working with cross-functional teams in the Finance, Engineering and the Program Management community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive performance throughout the entire program lifecycle while working hand-in-hand with program management.

    As aSenior Program Controls Analyst, your responsibilities include:

    • Support proposal teams by developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs and creating compliant proposal submittals
    • Create and maintain program budgets and forecasts utilizing earned value management
    • Monitor program financial data on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Develop and maintain monthly forecasts, prepare variance analysis
    • Prepare internal and external customer financial reports
    • Prepare and present quarterly estimates-at-completion (EAC's)
    • Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department and government policies and regulations
    • Support Program Management by providing recurring and ad hoc project reporting and analyses
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI security clearance
    • BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
    • 5+years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, CAS, and SOX guidelines
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
    • Strong prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to lead and resolve daily issues
    • Ability to communicate clear and concise objectives to all levels of the organization
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Unanet and SAP experience
    Pay Range: $80,000 - $130,000

    Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

    This position is based out of ARKA's Colorado Springs, CO campus. If you like city life, but also enjoy the great outdoors, Colorado Springs is the place for you. The city rests at the base of Pikes Peak. The 14,115-foot summit is just one of dozens of area attractions, including scenic trains, museums, parks, a zoo and more. With a mild climate and plenty of sunshine, the Springs boasts some of the state's best recreation opportunities. The city is also known for its robust high-tech and sports industries. We are home to the U.S. Air Force Academy and four military bases and with the Olympic Training Center and dozens of sports federations nearby, it's common to spot world-class athletes around town.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time.
