- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess clients' financial situations and develop personalized financial plans.
- Collaborate with advisors and clients to establish realistic financial goals and develop actionable plans to achieve those goals. Monitor and adjust those strategies to align with changing goals or circumstances.
- Provide expert guidance on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, insurance, and other financial matters.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, economic changes, and other factors to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
- Teach financial advisors how to present and discuss financial plans with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Read and understand financial statements and documents.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Other duties as requested by management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. CFP preferred or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and tax and retirement strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively to advisors and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to quickly learn financial planning software.
- Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and able to manage/prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong ethical standards with the ability to build rapport and trust with advisors and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
