    Compensation:

    $65,000 -$75,000 + Bonus Opportunity

    Responsibilities:
    • ABC – Always Be Connecting. As an Inside Sales Agent, your core function is to connect with others who have been referred and introduced to RPR and help them set up new policies
    • Live out our company's Core Values as you represent the TeamRPR brand and our Core Purpose - Educate. Serve. Live Protected
    • Start your day with a Team Huddle. This sets the tone for the day. Here you will share how your morning is starting (aka, what's your Temp), how you lived out a Core Value the prior day, and what your top priority for the day is. Remote team members will conference daily using ZOOM
    • Working with the Business Development team is what makes this role successful
    • Communicating with the Biz Dev team about the leads, making updates, and making sure leads are contacted and sole timely is required
    • Note - Business Development Reps drive leads to you: Leads will come from realtors, Mortgage Bankers, Financial Planners, Industry-specific equipment/sales reps, etc. will be referring business to RPR
    • Fact-finding, information gathering, and learning the buying psychology of the leads
    • Preparing and presenting proposals via our unique industry-leading Quote Video and Case Study tools will help set you apart and add a better user experience
    • Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
    • Increase the organization's overall client base by adding more lines per household
    • Meeting with leadership to discuss results, pipelines, monthly goals, quarterly priorities, and KPIs
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
    • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
    • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
    • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
    • Active TN PC License
    • Must have IA Channel experience -preferably in a sales role
    • Proven ability to negotiate/influence others
    • High–level communication skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Will consider a remote / hybrid schedule depending on experience/location
