Description
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on projects or service installed jobs
Maintains current job plans, specifications, and schedules
Pursues change order opportunities in a timely fashion
Monitors the performance and quality of the field and contract labor
Provide reports to senior management to include but not limited to: revenue forecasting, job scheduling, job-costing and staff performance
Maintain accurate project information with in RFI shared files and system
Maintain knowledge of current industry standards and emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
High school education, or equivalent, required
2+ years of experience in a project management role, in the fire, security, HVAC or construction industry
EL06 required
A valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, personnel management, and project management preferred
5-10+ years of project manager experience
Maintain or working on CAPM and/or PMP certification
Proficient in the following computer programs (Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook, Power Point, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft AX)
Covid-19 Vaccination required for certain roles.
