    Who We're Looking For:

    We are searching for an experienced paid social expert with a talent for managing social campaigns and driving results. We need someone with hands-on experience working on the major social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snap. The ideal candidate should be able to execute social activation plans efficiently, ultimately leading to successful business outcomes.

    A problem-solver who always maintains a positive outlook and is ready to overcome obstacles to elevate the work from good to excellent.

    Summary of Role:

    As a Retail Social Senior Associate, you will support the Retail Social Manager in creating and overseeing paid social campaign performance to derive actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements through active listening, converting them into achievable targets, and implementing platform strategies accordingly. You will delve into data analysis to generate insights and enhance campaigns, all while collaborating closely with your team to exchange insights and drive success.

    Role Expectations:

    • Support in managing paid social campaigns from inception to optimization, encompassing budget planning, launching campaigns, and ensuring pacing.
    • Perform thorough QA checks to guarantee flawless campaigns and execute testing strategies
    • Create insights and strategies aligned with client objectives and effectively communicate them to clients
    • Analyze campaign reports, develop forecasts and proposals
    • Proactively introduce new ideas to enhance campaign performance
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Collaborate with partners and vendors to stay informed about new features and troubleshoot campaign issues
    • Assist in client-facing tasks, such as presentations and quarterly reviews
    • Work with feed partners to troubleshoot and provide support in managing the social feed for dynamic campaigns
    • Prisma entry for budget management and tracking
    • Collaborate with partners to assist in setting up pixel and conversion mapping strategies
    • Capable of handling a fast-paced account with agility and speed

    Required Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
    • 1-2+ years of experience in managing paid social campaigns and working in-platform
    • Self-motivated individual with excellent program management and organizational skills
    • Adept at analyzing and acting upon marketing data efficiently
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and advanced skills in PowerPoint
    • Experience in overseeing paid social performance campaigns for driving sales/revenue on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit
    • Prior experience working with Meta is essential
    • Meta Blueprint Certification is recommended, other social certifications are welcome

    Compensation Range: $40,000 - $65,000 yearly. This is the expected salary range for this position at the current time. Salary will be based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company retains the right to adjust this pay range as needed. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, and paid medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
