We are seeking an exceptional accountant with experience in IFRS to join our team in Southgate, KY. This role will play a crucial part in preparing our business for public market scrutiny through our planned IPO. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IFRS 15/ASC 606 and possess strong attention to detail.


This position can be based in our London office or remotely in the EMEA/Americas regions, reporting to our Global Controller.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the timely and accurate monthend reporting process
  • Take full responsibility for a specific part of the revenue recognition process
  • Support the yearend audit and statutory reporting
  • Contribute to the finance team's preparations for the IPO
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance
  • Share knowledge with team members to ensure coverage when needed
  • Continuously develop skills and stay updated on relevant standards and regulations
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues outside of the finance team

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent academic background and proven career success
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.)
  • Experience with IFRS 15/ASC 606 revenue recognition
  • Previous experience at a large public accounting firm or multinational corporate accounting department preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar software is a plus
