We are currently looking for a permanent full-time School Caretaker at the Schleswig Vocational Training Center in the Building Management department.

In the Building Management department, you will work at our largest school in the district:
the Schleswig Vocational Training Center, where 2,778 students are currently being taught.

As a School Caretaker, you will be the contact person for the district of Schleswig-Flensburg, teachers, and students, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your main tasks will include:
acting as the contact person for caretaking tasks for the Infrastructure department and the Schleswig Vocational Training Center ensuring traffic safety and compliance with the house rules, as well as other duties such as closing the buildings after school monitoring and coordinating cleaning staff employed by the district administration or external companies; coordinating with external service providers in case of absence of cleaning staff inspecting and operating technical
