The person in this role will be charged with building meaningful business relationships with advisors, TPA's and other centers of influence in order to expand the distribution of OneAmerica Retirement products and services.
The territory for this role is in Philadelphia and surrounding area.Primary Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining Key Advisor/TPA/COI RelationshipsBuild OA Brand - maintaining a strong, visible presence in the assigned territoryDeveloping meaningful PipelineClose Retirement Plan BusinessGenerate new opportunities and guide them from prospectAchieve activity and assigned revenue targetsJob RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Management or associated fieldSeries 6, 63 licensure is requiredIndustry Designation such QKA, CEBS QPC, RPA is ideal but not requiredMinimum of five years of Retirement Plan Sales experienceExceptional skill in developing and maintaining relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, management) and external clientsAbility to build strong interpersonal relationships with a collaborative styleAdvanced ability to develop strategies and business plans then deliver on established objectivesOutstanding presentation and consultative selling skillsAble to travel up to 50% to meet with targeted prospectsOr any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band:
S06This selected candidate will be expected to work remote.
The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
