- Establish customer relations and provide inspection, testing, and monitoring solutions to existing and new customers.
- Identify all opportunities for all different types of fire protection systems
- Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales related activities inclusive of construction, repair, maintenance, or other needs the customer may have.
- Utilize estimation tools to deliver accurate pricing to prospective customers
- Keep detailed activity in CRM system
- Promptly respond to customer requests
- Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators
- Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Commercial Service Sales experience required (ie Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services, etc...)
- Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
- Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements Preferred
- Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site is a plus
- NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards a plus
