    Primary Purpose:

    As a Business System Analyst/DocuSign Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the DocuSign application. Your responsibilities will include implementing and optimizing DocuSign solutions, monitoring performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining documentation.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Administering the DocuSign system daily.
    • Implementing DocuSign solutions, including configuration, integration, testing, and requirements gathering.
    • Establishing and maintaining performance measurement systems to monitor and analyze trends associated with DocuSign and related business processes.
    • Collaborating with Technology and Business teams to refine business requirements and workflows.
    • Communicating process standards across the organization.
    • Updating and maintaining process documentation, including procedures.
    • Creating and updating DocuSign reports and dashboards.
    • Adhering to established processes, standards, and policies.
    • Conducting system testing for production changes to ensure processing accuracy before implementation.
    • Supporting other processes and duties within the department.
    • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
    • Minimum of two years managing and configuring a software application, or five years' experience with TowneBank as a user of various applications
    • Dependable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
    • Proficient in MS Office Tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and SharePoint.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and business processes.
    Desired Skills & Competencies:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
    • Experience & knowledge of the financial services industry and banking processes.
    • Knowledge of DocuSign components, including Templates, PowerForms, User Set Up, and Performance Analytics.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
    • Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
    • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
    • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
