    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    We are seeking a licensed Michigan Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in a home infusion pharmacy in Northville. For more information on this position and other opportunities with RPh on the Go, please contact . Send your updated resume to or call .

    Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM).

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring the accuracy of medication compounding and preparation for home infusion therapy.
    • Conducting patient assessments and monitoring for therapy efficacy and safety.
    • Providing education and support to patients and caregivers on medication administration and management at home.


    Requirements:

    • Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
    • Previous experience with a parental drug therapy admixture program and some clinical monitoring experience is preferred.
    • Clear and active Pharmacist license in the stat of Michigan.
