In the Nuremberg metropolitan region, OBI Franken with around 950 employees in 15 stores ensures happy DIY enthusiasts. We are looking for team players who want to move forward with us.


Responsibilities:
As a team leader in our OBI store, you are a true all-rounder on the sales floor. As a leader, you are not only the contact person for our customers, but also for your entire team. You are a coach and mentor and know how to individually support your team.

  • You take on the independent management of your department and report directly to the store management
  • You create a needsbased personnel planning for your team to ensure excellent service even during high customer traffic
  • You always keep an eye on the relevant key figures and implement appropriate measures
  • Through your positive attitude, you lead and motivate your team and promote their development

Qualifications:

  • You have several years of experience as a leader, preferably in the DIY industry or similar industries
  • Alternatively, you have gained several years of experience in the construction industry (e.g. as a construction manager or leader in a trade company)
  • You are characterized by a strong customer orientation, sales talent, and a high sense of responsibility
  • You enjoy leading and developing employees
