The Wealth Management Advisor is responsible for developing deep relationships with their clients, providing personalized
integrated planning solutions, and delivering exceptional advisory experiences and results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Investment Management (50%)
Business Development (40%)
Client Service (10%)
• Serves as primary client-facing point of contact on behalf of firm
• Leads client meetings by developing and communicating fully integrated planning recommendations
• Conducts existing client reviews
• Focus on complete client care and delivering on promises made to client
• Established new markets that align with the firm's mission, vision and values
• Formulates and implements individualized risk and investment strategies
• Maintains and nurtures generational relationships with firm's existing clients
• Connects and develops relationships with existing client's next generation
• Builds Loyal Client Advocates and generate new clients through those relationships
• Represents firm's strategic brand
• Participates in and contributes to firm leadership
• Maintains familiarity with industry and economic trends
• Maintains knowledge of, and shows ability to apply, compliance standards
• Works collegially and productively with clients, peers and other team members
• Contributes to growth of firm by expanding existing client relationships and attracting new clients
• Mentors, trains, and develops junior members of the firm's advisory team
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of financial planning experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Securities (6/7 & 63/66) and life & health insurance licenses
• CFP designation preferred
• History of clean compliance record
