Description
Your Responsibilities- Together with three colleagues, you are responsible for payroll processing and time tracking, as well as providing support to your own group of employees in all matters
- You are the main point of contact and advisor for our employees, as well as managers, authorities, and social security institutions
- You handle reporting and certification processes and support your colleagues in creating monthly reports and evaluations
- You will use our SAP HCM system on a daily basis to complete your tasks
- Occupational safety is also part of your responsibilities, and our occupational physician values you as a competent and helpful contact person
- You will manage projects in your field of work and take responsibility for their success
- Successfully completed commercial training combined with several years of experience in payroll processing
- Indepth knowledge and experience with German tax, social security, and labor laws, as well as payroll processes, are essential
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Enthusiasm for learning and openness to new things
- A meticulous, agile, and selfdirected work style with a strong sense of independence
- Team orientation, flexibility, communication skills, and empathy
Your future team consists of 7 colleagues and our HR manager, who is also the commercial director of the company group.
