Your tasks will include:

Receiving and processing inquiries/orders by phone and email
Calculating and creating quotes for our wholesale customers
Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks
Recording invoices and monitoring payments
Ecommerce tasks: researching new products, creating and editing product listings in our inventory system, maintaining product listings on our online shop and online marketplaces

What you should bring:

A successful degree in a commercial field
A strong affinity for numbers
Reliability and a selfsufficient yet teamoriented work style
High level of initiative, resilience, coordination and organizational skills
Decisiveness and a resultsoriented work approach
Good English and fluent German skills
Proficiency in MS Office products (especially Word, Excel)
A friendly and confident demeanor, as well as an open and loyal personality
