    Managing Director, Account ManagementWhat We NeedAs an MD, Account Management with Element, you will lead the Strategic Account Management initiatives focusing on 1) Client retention, relationship elevation, re-sell activities and increase overall client loyalty, 2) Grow the portfolio with a combination of VUM addition, increased service penetration and value-based pricing, and 3) Partner closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to elevate the overall client experience (NPS>50) and enable the streamlining of end-end process for operational excellence.

    The MD will lead a team of Account Managers (executing with Commercial Operating Discipline), engage with client executives as a trusted advisor and with internal stakeholders with an enterprise mindset.

    Incumbent must have a deep understanding of the business operating process, the offer of products and services and demonstrated leadership in elevating client relationships for mutual benefit and/or successfully led sales or account management teams.

    Responsible for the operational rhythm of the region and development of skills in their account management team, identifying candidates for growth positions within their team, increasing productivity in those responsible for the development and growth of the portfolio through existing clients.

    This position will manage 7-10 account management roles.

    Develop and execute the operating plan for the portfolio, with objectives and scope stated above while ensuring a superior, consistent client experience.


    Influence key stakeholders within Element:
    Partner with key stakeholders to deliver strategic value to clients.

    This position must have a deep understanding of all internal systems and processes to facilitate solution of escalated issues and problems.

    Must be effective in solving problems at all levels within the organization.
    Experience & RequirementsAt least 8 years of relevant experience and preferably have led teams in the past.
    Undergraduate degree required and master's degree or similar preferred.

    Experience within the financing / leasing industry, vehicle management or an asset related industryAvailability to travel greater than 25-50% of the time.

    Track record of exceeding objectives in growth, client retention and delivering superior client experiencesFinancial knowledge that includes lease, rates, terms, financial statementsWork with a high level of urgency, teamwork, team developmentStrong communication skills (oral and written), influencing and relationship building skills.
