  • Responsibilities:
  • Your main task is to create and analyze periodic reports (including targetactual comparisons, variance analyses, and monitoring of company goals).
  • You actively contribute to the conceptual and continuous development of standards, processes, key figures, and reports.
  • You coordinate with subsidiary companies and ensure consistent reporting (group reporting).
  • You conduct budget, mediumterm planning, and forecasting processes and coordinate them with relevant departments and the finance director.
  • You are responsible for creating cost and performance calculations and optimizing and developing cost accounting.
  • You support operational process changes and projects.
  • You provide assistance with businessrelated issues and actively participate in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Profile:
  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a qualification as a controller.
  • You have relevant professional experience in financial planning & analysis and financial modeling in the controlling department of an internationally operating company (desirable).
  • You also have excellent software application skills, particularly with MS Office programs.
  • You have a selfsufficient and structured way of working and a strong affinity for numbers.
  • You are also committed and have a high level of responsibility and quality awareness.
  • You possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information and numbers to others and simplify them.
