  • Support the sales team in planning and designing cloud solutions
  • Optimization, further development, and migration of customer environments
  • Implementation of cloud solutions
  • Serve as project contact for clients
  • Create documentation and operational materials
  • Perform 2ndlevel tasks and analyses for problem resolution
  • Conduct training for administrators in workshops

Requirements:


  • Ideally completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, degree in computer science, or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of current Microsoft products (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS))
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Enjoy working in a customeroriented and independent manner
  • Teamwork, initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to continue learning.
