YOUR TASKS

  • Together with your team, you are responsible for planning and implementing all marketing activities for PAYBACK's digital partners in the retail and marketplace sectors.
  • You are an expert in MarTech or automation and always prioritize relevance, performance, and efficiency in everything you do.
  • You analyze and optimize all campaigns and measures with your team.
  • You develop and oversee new communication concepts, have an eye for creativity, and sometimes even take on project management for individual, large campaigns.
  • You have disciplinary responsibility for the performance and development of your team and regularly conduct review meetings and 1:1s.
  • You are an internal interface for strategic projects and work closely with key account management to successfully develop PAYBACK's digital business.

YOUR PROFILE
