    Summary/Objective:

    Provide exceptional customer service support to DHR clients and employees regarding benefits, including Open Enrollment, Renewal, and member inquiries, as well as assisting with Benefits Plan administration.

    Essential Functions:

    • Deliver outstanding customer service via calls, faxes, and emails.
    • Support new client enrollment in benefit programs.
    • Respond to inquiries and maintain client relationships.
    • Resolve product and service issues promptly.
    • Document interactions and issue resolutions.
    • Guide clients on product offerings and portal usage.
    • Conduct data input with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Interact with carriers and vendors for customer needs.
    • Participate in special projects.
    • Proactively address benefit-related client issues.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Knowledge of Health and Benefits administration.
    • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Customer Service and/or Employee Benefits experience.

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • PEO experience.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Adobe Pro knowledge.
