    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and execute client renewals efficiently.
    • Collaborate with Sales to ensure successful client onboarding and renewals.
    • Act as the main contact for new clients during the implementation phase.
    • Conduct Open Enrollment meetings for new clients.
    • Assist Sales in presenting benefits products during the sales process.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • 5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration.
    • Proficiency in Sales Force.com and Microsoft Suite is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems creatively.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent presentation skills and customer-oriented mindset.
