As a Mechanical Engineer, you will:

Lead a defined area of technical expertise, with moderate technical complexity.
Lead mechanical design engineering in a technical team.
Have a holistic view on deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release.
Spread knowledge and develop competence within the team.
Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history.
Seat development team, working cross functional and with suppliers, execute studies and releases in Catia.
Earlier seat development, Catia experience is required. Kola experience is a plus
Lead Design Reviews to validate design concepts, ergonomic studies, functionality and durability analysis to release new seat and seat belt concepts for the truck industry.
Work with Suppliers solving prototype quality issues using 8Ds and 5 Whys problem-solving methods.
FMEA, DVP and technical requirements maintenance.
Develop, maintain and release Bill of Material for Seats and Seat Belts.
Timeline maintenance and creation for current and new projects

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
