Your tasks:

  • Independent processing and project management of construction projects in existing buildings, with a focus on building construction and structural engineering
  • Analysis, evaluation and planning of structures as well as renovation, repair and strengthening measures for constructions
  • Concept development and feasibility studies for implementing measures
  • Support in the creation of expert reports for assessing building structures
  • Tendering and awarding of construction services in close cooperation with clients/planning partners
  • Accompaniment of construction execution as a specialist construction manager

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering (or a comparable qualification) with a focus on structural subjects
  • At least two years of professional experience in the field of structural design
  • Ideally further qualification as a competent planner in the maintenance of concrete components
  • Experience in processing challenging construction projects in existing buildings, ideally in the field of renovation of reinforced concrete structures
  • Independent, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
  • Communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident and goal-oriented approach when dealing with clients
  • Mobility and flexibility, as well as interest in personal development through challenging tasks
