To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a
Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d)
in full-time (38.5 hours/week) in Pfronten

Your profile

• Completed training as a housekeeper (m/f/d) or equivalent

• Ideally, first leadership experience or professional experience in the healthcare sector

• Business understanding

• Service-oriented approach

• Willingness to work and flexibility

Your responsibilities

• Professional management and responsibility for the in-house housekeeping
of our clinic and rehabilitation clinic

• Managing subordinate employees, including shift planning, employee discussions, etc.

• Active implementation and ensuring proper cleaning of all areas of the clinic, including bed preparation

• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations

• Responsible for ordering supplies for the department, as well as providing work clothing and other laundry

• Participation in meetings and collaboration with external service providers
