    Join the Statewide Delivery Support Unit as an Office Specialist

    We are looking for a skilled individual to join us as an Office Specialist (Office Specialist 2) for the Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) Statewide Delivery Support (SDS) unit. In this role, you will support daily office tasks, schedule meetings, and assist in administrative responsibilities.

    What you need to qualify / Minimum qualifications:

    • Two years of clerical experience, including keyboarding, word processing, or similar tasks; OR
    • An associate degree in any field; OR
    • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Experience in handling multiple priorities and resolving challenges efficiently.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer service skills in various forms of communication.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships within a team.

    Your duties at a glance:

    As an Office Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing meetings, handling office supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment and personnel documentation.

    • Schedule meetings, take notes, and organize team agendas.
    • Provide support when needed by other staff members.
    • Coordinate office supply orders and equipment logistics.
    • Compose documents and assist with various administrative duties.
    • Track action items and provide necessary follow-up.

    Working conditions:

    • Standard work hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
    • Occasional travel to Salem may be required for onsite activities.
    • Work in a diverse and collaborative environment.
    • Frequent computer use and consistent attendance are essential.
