    Your Job Responsibilities:

    As an Office Specialist 2 in our Stabilization and Crisis Unit, your role will involve:

    • Answering and directing phone calls.
    • Greeting customers and individuals we serve.
    • Sending critical documents to entire agency daily and weekly.
    • Processing, coding, and transmitting invoices.
    • Tracking expenditures.
    • Filing, archiving, and tracking documents.
    • Maintaining calendars.
    • Scheduling conference rooms.

    Working Conditions:

    • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
    • Work environments include office, vehicle, and community settings.
    • Contact with clients may include unpredictable behaviors.
    • Business casual attire required.
    • May involve use of cleaning agents.
    • Physical requirements include computer use, driving, lifting up to 50 pounds, and more.
