Job Responsibilities
- You will actively support the project management team in our international trade fair department in acquiring new exhibitors for joint company stands at international trade fairs.
- You will primarily handle customer communication via telephone, and occasionally through visits to various competitor trade fairs.
- You have experience with CRM solutions and can efficiently manage, maintain, and develop customer data to support sales activities.
- You will be the main point of contact for our exhibitors in the technical and design preparation of their trade fair participation with us.
Qualifications
- You have previous work experience in project management, marketing, office assistance, ideally in the field of event management.
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy actively engaging with people.
- You are skilled in telephone sales and can professionally promote our services.
- You have a structured and analytical approach to work.
- You are familiar with technical issues and can provide excellent support to our exhibitors with stand construction topics.
- You are able to confidently correspond in English with our trade fair organizers.
- Your time and self-management skills ensure timely completion of all relevant project tasks.
