Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring, organizing, and implementing patientoriented work processes
  • Managing targeted personnel deployment and personnel and organizational development
  • Supporting and using personnel assessment tools
  • Demonstrating secure and appreciative leadership with a processoriented, sustainable, and innovative mindset
  • Collaborating interdisciplinarily and interprofessionally
