    Job Description


    Opportunity to join a team that works on a Fortune 500 CPG food brand and a major tool retailer helping manage integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple products.

    The Account Supervisor will help lead the account creating campaign work from start to finish in collaboration with a best in class integrated team.


    It's imperative that the person in this role has a thorough understanding of the client's business, leveraging that knowledge to be an effective agency and creative advocate.

    This candidate must...
    Take a leadership role in strategy development and ensure the strategy maps back to the client's goals.
    Partner with a cross functional team toward a common goal.

    Champion ideas, inspire great work and effectively defend and persuade the agency POV to the client and grow the relationship.

    Come with very strong production experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, internally and externally, across traditional and digital deliverables.

    Have a successful track record of partnering closely with creative directors and strategists to champion world-class advertising campaigns.
    Understand financial drivers of the business.
    Exhibit solid presentation skills.
    Strong operational discipline, eagerness to learn, an assertive and resilient "can do" attitude.
    Be open to working on additional accounts at once.
    Scope of Work

    Working across CPG food products developing brand strategy, creative and production across channels – video, digital, social, activations

    Reporting Structure

    Reports to:
    VP Account Director


    Direct reports:
    Account Executive

    Qualifications

    Experience Desired

    5-7 years of agency experience

    Hard skills (brand, retail, digital, production, research, etc.):


    Brand development, brand strategy and execution, production experience, understanding of research and testing methodologies, strength in negotiation and responsibility delegation, strong leadership skills.

    Soft skills (client/team culture, communication style, flexibility, etc.):


    Collaborative spirit, passion for making great work, strong client relationship and management skills, personable communication and engagement skills, a drive to be a part of maintaining a positive and fun team culture and environment.

    Knowledgeable in the social content and media spaces. Passion for food is a plus


    Any knowledge/ability mandatories:


    Understanding of advertising agency structure and department responsibilities, versed in client business acumen, specifically CPG, deck building, project management basics.

    Additional Information

    Expectation for In-Person Collaboration: 3x per week, Monday's in the agency are mandatory.
