- Manage and grow wholesale accounts across assigned territories
- Drive sales for multiple women's apparel brands within the showroom
- Handle all daily internal and external communications
- Collaborate with management on monthly goals and annual forecasting
- Review sales performance and provide hindsight and recap reports to upper management
- Provide consumer insights and future product needs ahead of each season
- Support sample trafficking both internally and externally
- Conduct line presentations and meetings with key customers
- Support the sales team with all necessary day-to-day tasks
- Prospect and open new wholesale accounts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully merchandised showroom
- Handle daily customer service needs including sales orders, returns, and account updates
- Travel is required and non-negotiable, including tradeshows, store visits, road trips, sales meetings, including some weekends
- Represent brands professionally at all times
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in wholesale and/or women's apparel
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform complex verbal and written communication in individual and group settings
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-task environment
- Must be a team player and a self-starter
