As our services are in high demand in the market, we are currently seeking a part-time employee for customer management and administrative tasks (m/f/d) in North Hills, NY.


Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:

Customer Management

  • Organization, coordination, and development of our PR content
  • Building and expanding our network management
  • Organization and coordination of our CRM activities
  • Conducting analyses of our PR content, network management, and CRM.
Administration / General Management

  • Organization and coordination of all administrative tasks related to our core processes
  • Development of 5S / Lean Office
  • Travel management
  • Updating our website activities
  • Preparation and followup of workshops and seminars
  • Conducting market analyses
  • Supporting the processing of customerspecific tasks in the value chain

Qualifications:

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial / business administration education or degree
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of office organization / 5S or "Lean Office"
  • Knowledge of travel planning and booking
  • Knowledge of workshop and seminar preparation
  • Competence in social media activities and content reach
  • Competence in network management
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Good English skills
  • Software affinity
  • Knowledge of statistics is desirable
  • Knowledge of process management is desirable
  • Methodological competence
